“Facing complex outdoor challenges by inter-disciplinary research”

The aim of the conference was to bring together researchers, scientists, industry representatives and PhD students to share their results, knowledge and expertise about Control and Guidance systems applied to outdoor fields as Agriculture, Avionics, Geodesy, Road construction, Civil Security, Mine site, Forest, Industry sectors… working in complex off-road environments.

Control and Guidance mean both :

1/ Specific automation controllers embedded on machines to assist operator/driver
2/ More integrated solutions used to control global systems [ex: terrestrial or aerial robotic systems, UAV (Unmamed Aerial Vehicles), AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle), fleet of machines in production areas ….]

Interdisciplinary exchanges are the add-value of this conference with synergies and links weaved during this conference between the different application sectors and research & development results.

Target groups are Researchers, Academics, Software and Technology developers, System and Service providers as well as End-Users
